Privacy policy

This policy explains what PrepOS (Arpan, Hyderabad, Telangana, India) collects and why.

What we collect

Account: your email address and an encrypted password.
Prep data: what you enter, such as hours, problems solved, notes, stories, applications and chat messages.
Usage: AI requests you make and their token counts and cost, so we can apply allowances.
Payments: handled by Razorpay. We store your subscription status and Razorpay subscription ID, never your card or bank details.

How we use it

To run the service, apply plan limits, prevent abuse and support you. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Processors

Supabase: database and authentication.
Vercel: hosting.
Anthropic: AI model provider, which receives the content of AI requests you make.
Razorpay: payments.
Notion: only if you connect your own Notion workspace.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is open. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or close your account, by emailing iamarpan2411@gmail.com. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted by row-level security so each user can only read their own records.
